King Diamond's album "Joker Up My Sleeve" is an absolute masterpiece. The album is a perfect blend of heavy metal and horror elements, and Diamond's signature falsetto vocals are as strong as ever. The lyrics are dark and twisted, and the instrumentation is top-notch. The album's standout tracks include "The Possession," "The Girl in the Bloody Dress," and the title track "Joker Up My Sleeve." Diamond's storytelling ability is on full display throughout the album, and his ability to create a sense of atmosphere and tension is unparalleled. Front inlay is doublepage booklet. Front is the same as the silverpressed version. Inside left King Diamond holding a skull and above that it says: Hail The Swedish Hordes Of King Diamond! and the Compact Disc Digital Audio logo.
Inside right says: Recorded during a dark and misty night at Kåren in Gothenburg Sweden 19/11 1987. The correct setlist through a red King Diamond logo. The back says just the same as the inside with the setlist only on a grey-white drawing.
The cd has the cover printed on it and no Matrix.
The back inlay has the same print as the silverpressed cd, only again with the Compact Disc Digital Audio logo.

The King Diamond band was formed in 1985 by Danish vocalist King Diamond following the break-up of his previous band, . The original line-up consisted of Diamond, his former Mercyful Fate bandmates Michael Denner (guitar) and Timi Hansen (bass), and Swedes Mikkey Dee (drums) and Andy LaRoque (guitar). This line-up lasted for 2 albums before Denner and Hansen departed, the first of many line-up changes for the band. To date, LaRoque is the only musician besides King Diamond to appear on every King Diamond band release. With the King Diamond band, King traded the occult-based and blasphemous lyrics of Mercyful Fate for a gothic horror approach.
